SERVICES
Teflon Cell – A dedicated “Teflon Only” production area where Stainless Steel Teflon (PTFE) hose is stocked, cut, coupled, and bagged for shipment.
Welding Shop – We have our very own AWS certified welding techs who custom assemble metal hose and piping as well as unique fitting combinations to suit your needs.
Pressure Testing – Cut and Couple uses a custom-built Pressure Test Pump to perform non-destructive hold testing ensuring a quality hose assembly. Our hose technicians are proudly NAHAD certified to test to ASTM standards.
Hose Tagging – Need additional information included with your hose? We can print customizable information onto a SS316 Tag and attach it directly to your assembly. Production area, purchase order ID, phone number, service date, you name it, we print it!
Color Coding – We carry all sorts of colored and patterned hose sleeves to choose from. Great for easy hose identification, easy to install over long runs of hose, and resistant to abrasion, UV radiation and chemical degradation.

NAHAD – The National Association for Hose and Accessories Distribution is the industry leader for setting hose assembly safety standards through education, research, and collaboration.
High Pressure Teflon – We are proudly certified to make High Pressure PTFE assemblies in-house.
Metal Hose – Our on-site welders are proudly AWS certified to make Metal Hose assemblies.
